01 Your right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive your order. This means you can cancel your purchase without giving a reason, as long as you notify us within this period.

02 How to return an item

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Send the item back in essentially unchanged condition, in its original packaging where possible
Include your order number or receipt with the return

03 Return shipping cost

You're responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged (see section 5).

04 Refunds

Once we've received and approved your return, we'll refund the amount to the payment method you used at checkout, within 14 days.

05 Faulty or damaged items
