How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times of our shipments are 3-7 working days; deviation can be caused by differences in demographic shipment procedures.

How can I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived after a few days, check your spam folder, then contact us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out as soon as possible after ordering — we can usually adjust or cancel before it ships, but can't guarantee changes once an order is already in fulfilment.
02 Sizing & fit
How do GENESIS pieces fit?
Most garments are cut oversized on purpose — that's part of the silhouette. If you prefer a closer fit, sizing down usually works. Each item's product page lists the sizes available for that piece.
What sizes do you carry?
Clothing runs S–XL. Hardware pieces — rings, belts, pendants — are one size and adjustable where noted on the product page.
03 Returns & exchanges
What's your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return an item, no reason required. Full detail lives in our returns policy.
How do I start a return?
Contact us with your order number within 14 days of delivery and we'll send return instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of us receiving and approving the returned item, back to your original payment method.

What are the pieces made from?
It varies by piece — heavyweight fleece, faux leather, ripstop cotton, cast and plated chrome or gunmetal hardware. Materials are listed on every product page.
How do I care for chrome/gunmetal hardware?
Keep it dry, wipe with a soft cloth, and avoid prolonged contact with perfume or lotion — that's what dulls a chrome finish fastest.
Will you restock sold-out or low-stock items?
Sometimes, but GENESIS runs limited by design — once a piece marked "Low Stock" sells out, it may not come back. Join the newsletter for restock and drop alerts.

Is checkout secure?
Yes — payment is processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details.
