About GLITZER

01 The archive

GLITZER is a Sweden-based online store for clothing, jewelry, and accessories. Our selection draws on Y2K silhouettes, gothic details, chrome, and monochrome styling. GENESIS is the first collection, inspired by the seven days of creation.

02 How we select pieces

We select clothing, jewelry, and accessories from independent suppliers. GLITZER is the seller and handles your order, support, returns, and complaints. We do not claim that every piece is made in Sweden or exclusive to GLITZER.

Product materials, measurements, and care requirements vary. Check the information for the individual piece, or ask us before ordering.

03 Where orders ship from

Some items ship directly from suppliers outside the EU, including China. We do not dispatch every order from a Swedish warehouse, and items may arrive in separate parcels.

We deliver within 30 days after your order unless another period is agreed. The total shown before payment is the amount you pay GLITZER. We cover any import VAT, customs duties, and carrier clearance fees required for delivery, including charges that arise after your checkout. We normally pay these when placing the supplier order. If a carrier asks you to pay, contact us before paying so we can arrange payment or reimburse you.
